Trevarrick House is a late Victorian home set in half an acre of garden, centrally situated in the pretty village of North Curry and surrounded by the beautiful and timeless Somerset Levels.
Formally the village surgery, the house has been extensively renovated over the years and now provides comfortable and welcoming accommodation for bed and breakfast guests.
Whilst set in the heart of the English countryside, we are conveniently located within easy reach of the M5, A303 and A30.
This beautiful area is noted for many RSPB reserves for those keen on bird watching, photography and painting. Many people interested in Geneology come here in search for their ancestry using the Taunton archive and Village archives.
A convenient stop over for those walking or cycling on the Lands End to John O’Groats trip. Somerset County Cricket ground is close by in Taunton for test matches. We have many National Trust properties in the vicinity, also the West Somerset steam railway, walking in the Quantocks, Hestercombe gardens and the Willow and Wetland Centre. We are conveniently close for weddings at Maunsel House and Mount Somerset Hotel.
The delightful North Curry Community Coffee Shop is found opposite the house with continuous art and craft exhibitions. Above this is The Village Archive, where many old records, photographs and artefacts can be viewed.
Our luxuriously spacious double room overlooks the garden and has its own private bathroom and shower.
Our recently refurbished twin room is inspired by the colours found at Kilve Beach.
